Miniroos Summer Football is here in 2023
Our summer program will run every Tuesday afternoon/early evening during term 4- from 3 October to 21 November at Prentice Park, Thistle St Lutwyche. Suitable for kids aged 6-11 and costing just $77 per player (or $104.50 for players not currently registered with Football Queensland), Summer Football provides players the opportunity to continue playing their favourite sport in a competitive but social format during the spring and summer months.
Key Information:
- Competition runs every Tuesday evening from 03 October until 21 November with time 2 timeslots each week, wither 5.10pm or 6pm.
- Fees are $77 GST-inclusive for all 2023 FQ-registered players. As this is a Football QLD sanctioned competition, if your child is not registered with an FQ club in 2023, they will be required to pay an additional $27.50 for Insurance cover.
- All individual registrations and payments are to be done online using Squadi. You can pay using your debit or credit card or by making an online transfer.

- Teams will play 8 games in total, all with referees. For ages 8-11, teams will play on a quarter field based on 8 a side, with substitutes allowed. Competitions will be split into 8/9 year-olds and 10/11 year old’s.
- For ages 6/7- teams will play on a smaller field at the Swinbourne street end of the club.
- Teams will be mixed- no requirement for a minimum number of boys/girls on any team.
